Anxiety, panic & mood

Consider whether symptoms are new, changing, or similar to pre-existing concerns. Seek urgent support for thoughts of self-harm.

Sleep disruption

Difficulty falling asleep, fragmented sleep, and vivid dreams may occur. Discuss persistent insomnia with a clinician.

Tremor, dizziness & sensory changes

These symptoms may have several causes, some requiring assessment. New or severe neurological symptoms should be evaluated.

Brain fog & memory

Problems with concentration or recall can be distressing. Document how they affect daily function and discuss them at appointments.

Physical symptoms

Sweating, gastrointestinal discomfort, muscle tension, and fatigue can occur in many conditions. Do not dismiss severe or unexplained symptoms.
