Quit Benzos Now brings together education, practical resources, and respectful support for people affected by benzodiazepine dependence.

Free support, optional paid tools

We do not charge for our educational library, safety information, or links to crisis and treatment resources. Optional products and future services help fund the project.

A note on the name

“Now” means you can begin getting informed and supported today. It does not mean stop taking benzodiazepines immediately.

Medical independence

Lived experience matters, but it does not replace clinical expertise. Core health content should undergo qualified medical review before public launch.
